Flowers in October

Hi!

Ja, diese Fotos habe ich erst letzte Woche gemacht und nicht schon im Sommer. Unglaublich oder? Im Moment ist es ja so kalt, dass es sich so gar nicht nach einer Jahreszeit mit blühenden Pflanzen anfühlt, aber dieser Garten steht immer noch in voller Blüte. Ich habe schon Kakteen gekillt, also hätte ich definitiv nicht den grünen Daumen um so ein Kleinod anzulegen.

Der Garten gehört zu dem Haus in dem meine neue Wohnung ist und ich habe mich gleich schockverliebt. Mit schönen Pflanzen kriegt man mich eh immer. Im Sommer kann ich dann sogar draußen lernen, wenn mir mein Schreibtisch drinnen zu langweilig wird. Und bis dahin kann ich den Garten sogar durch mein Küchenfenster sehen, ganz ohne zu frieren.

Das Outfit kennt ihr ja schon, aber die Sonnenbrille ist neu! Ich liebe Sonnenbrillen und dieses Jahr war wirklich ein gutes für Enthusiasten von getönten Gläsern in ausgefallenen Rahmen. Da ich aber keine hunderte von Euros für eins der bekannten Designermodelle ausgeben wollte ging die Jagd los. Ich sage euch, ich hatte dieses Jahr wirklich eine Menge Brillen auf der Nase, aber so richtig überzeugt hat mich lange keine. Und dann kamen gleich zwei auf einmal! Und dann auch noch im Sale! Die, die ich hier trage finde ich so toll, weil sie irgendwie retro ist, besonders den Bügel über der Nase finde ich fantastisch, aber trotzdem modern durch die Farbe der Gläser. Die andere Sonnenbrille präsentiere ich euch bestimmt auch noch mal, also guckt bald mal wieder rein!

Hi!

Yes, these photos were taken a week ago. Unbelievable right? It’s so cold outside it feels more like winter than any season with flowers but this whole garden is still in bloom with all different kinds of plants. When I first stepped into it I didn’t trust my eyes at first. I killed cacti before so I would definitely not be able to grow such a garden haha. 

This garden belongs to my new place and it’s so so beautiful. In summer I will be able to study outside when I need to see something other than my desk and because I have a window to the garden I can enjoy the garden without getting out in the cold until then. 

You know this outfit already, but the glasses are new! I love sunglasses and this year was a good one for enthusiasts of tinted glasses in extraordinary frames because there were so many crazy cool glasses out in the stores. But I don’t want to spend hundreds of euros for designer glasses so the hunt began. Let me tell you, I looked through every store that carries sunglasses that don’t cost a fortune to find that one pair that really fits me. It took quite a while but suddenly I found two at once. And on sale! I love the ones in the photo because they are kind of retro while also super up-to-date with the mirrored glasses and all. I’ll probably show you the other pair in a different post so stay tuned 😉
